Senator Fawzia Arshad said on Saturday that organizing exhibitions was the best way to revive business and economic activities.
She expressed the views during her visit to the “ICCI Pakistan Property, Housing and Construction Expo 22”, which is being held at the Pak-China Friendship Centre, according to a press release. She visited various booths set up for the exhibition at the Expo and praised Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) for organizing such a mega-expo. She hopes the Expo will help boost business activities in the housing and construction sector. Senior Vice President Jamshaid Akhtar Sheikh, Vice President Muhammad Faheem Khan and others were also present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, ICCI President Muhammad Shakeel Munir said the main objective of organizing the Expo was to revive the economy by boosting activities in the housing and construction sector. He said the construction industry plays a vital role in the economic development of a country as it promotes the business of more than 70 allied industries.
He hopes the ICCI exhibition will help boost his business activities further and help revive the economy. A large number of companies from the real estate, housing and construction sector take part in the Expo to exhibit their projects. All related industries including steel, marble, cement, construction machinery, sanitary ware, electrical work, paints, hardware, ceramic tiles and different articles, solar systems, flooring , interior decoration products, kitchen accessories, etc. and stakeholders also attend the Expo to increase brand exposure of their high-quality products.
