    “In view of a lower positivity rate, the expert committee advised to resume economic activities with 100% capacity. The government will take the decision by tomorrow and resume activities, including casinos,” Sawant told ANI news agency.

No report on hostage-taking: India on Russia, Ukraine allegations

To Russia’s claims that Indian students are being held hostage by Ukrainian authorities in Kharkiv, the government said on Thursday it had no such information. Ukraine has also alleged that the Indians are being held hostage by Russian troops.
